Medseaties – Capitalization workshop in Marseille

On  next 22-23 of March, the Steering committee of Medseaties will be held in
Villa  Méditerranée, with the participation of  the 12 partners of this euromediterranean project dedicated to the Integrated Coastal Zone Managment (ICZM).
The objectives of this meeting will be mainly focused on the capitalization on other relevant projects on this topic and on the preparation of the Closing Conference in Aqaba (Jordan) on next May.

MEDSEATIES aims at contributing to the empowerment of Mediterranean local authorities and private stakeholders in the multi‐level decision‐making processes related to the management of coastal cities.

ENPI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Program
The 2007‐2013 ENPI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme is a Cross‐Border Cooperation initiative funded by the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI). It aims to promote sustainable and harmonious cooperation at Mediterranean Basin level by dealing with common challenges and enhancing endogenous potential. It finances cooperation projects to contribute to the economic, social, environmental and cultural development of the Mediterranean region. Fourteen countries participate in the Programme: Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Lebanon, Malta, Palestinian Authority, Portugal, Spain, Syria, Tunisia.
